Our Services

Six verticals, one technology. Every service is solar-powered, chemical-free, and delivered on-site by our mobile laser units.

Wood Restoration

Strip decades of paint, stain, varnish, and weathering from wood surfaces without chemicals, sanding, or substrate damage. The laser selectively ablates coatings and contaminants while leaving the wood grain intact — revealing the original surface underneath.

Applications

  • Historic home exteriors — Victorian trim, siding, decorative elements
  • Interior millwork — banisters, mantels, built-ins, wainscoting
  • Decks, fences, and outdoor structures
  • Furniture and antique restoration
  • Log cabin and timber frame renewal

Why Laser

Traditional stripping uses toxic chemical solvents (methylene chloride, NMP) or abrasive sanding that damages wood fibers. Laser cleaning removes coatings at the molecular level — no chemicals to dispose of, no dust, no risk of gouging the wood.

Rust Removal

Vaporize rust, oxide layers, and corrosion from steel, iron, cast iron, and aluminum surfaces. Clean to bright bare metal without grinding, wire wheeling, or acid treatment. The laser removes only the oxide layer — the base metal is untouched.

Applications

  • Automotive — frames, panels, suspension components, classic car restoration
  • Marine — hull fittings, deck hardware, rigging
  • Industrial equipment — machinery, structural steel, tanks
  • Architectural metalwork — railings, gates, fire escapes
  • Tools and precision parts

Why Laser

Grinding and wire wheeling remove base metal along with rust. Acid treatment creates hazardous waste and can cause hydrogen embrittlement. Laser rust removal is selective — it ablates iron oxide without removing or stressing the underlying steel. The result is a clean, passivated surface ready for coating.

Graffiti Removal

Remove spray paint, markers, stickers, and other graffiti from brick, stone, concrete, CMU block, metal, wood, and glass surfaces — including raw, unpainted plywood. The laser ablates paint without etching, staining, or ghosting the substrate — the surface looks like the graffiti was never there.

Applications

  • Commercial building exteriors
  • Historic masonry and stonework
  • Wood fences, plywood barriers, and construction hoardings
  • Glass storefronts, windows, and bus shelters
  • Public infrastructure — bridges, overpasses, retaining walls
  • Monuments and memorials
  • Transit infrastructure — bus stops, rail stations

Why Laser

Chemical graffiti removers often leave ghost images and can stain porous substrates. Pressure washing at high PSI damages brick and mortar joints. Sandblasting erodes the surface permanently. Laser removal ablates only the paint layer with zero mechanical contact — no ghosting, no substrate damage, and no chemical runoff into storm drains.

Coating Prep

Prepare metal surfaces for Cerakote, powder coat, paint, and other coatings with laser-clean precision. Achieve measurable, repeatable surface profiles (Ra values) for optimal coating adhesion — no sandblasting media to clean up, no chemical residue.

Applications

  • Cerakote application prep — firearms, automotive, industrial
  • Powder coating prep — automotive parts, furniture, architectural
  • Paint adhesion prep for marine and industrial coatings
  • Weld prep and post-weld cleanup
  • Aerospace and defense surface preparation

Why Laser

Sandblasting embeds media in the surface, requires extensive cleanup, and can't achieve consistent profiles across complex geometries. Chemical etching creates hazardous waste. Laser prep creates a clean, activated surface with controlled roughness — measurable with a profilometer, repeatable across parts, and documented for quality control.

Heritage Conservation

Preserve and restore cultural heritage with the established standard of care. Our pulsed laser selectively removes pollution crusts, biological growth, soot, old coatings, and graffiti from historic stone, marble, bronze, brick, and ceramics — without chemical contact, mechanical abrasion, or thermal damage to irreplaceable substrates.

Applications

  • Historic building facades — limestone, sandstone, marble, brick
  • Carved architectural elements — capitals, cornices, portals, decorative detail
  • Bronze and stone sculpture and monuments
  • California Missions and Pacific Northwest historic structures
  • Civic architecture — courthouses, libraries, memorials
  • Churches, cathedrals, and religious architecture
  • Cemetery and memorial restoration
  • Museum and conservation partnership work

Why Laser

Chemical cleaners leave residue on porous stone and can cause salt crystallization damage over time. Pressure washing erodes carved detail and forces water into cracks. Sandblasting permanently removes original surface material. Laser cleaning is self-limiting on light stone substrates — the dark contaminant absorbs the laser energy while the clean stone reflects it, creating a natural stopping point that prevents overcleaning. This is why laser is the international standard for heritage conservation (EN 16782).

Mold Remediation

Remove mold, mildew, and biological growth from hard surfaces with zero chemicals and zero secondary waste. The laser vaporizes organic contamination on contact, destroying surface spores and mycelium instantly. Combined with HEPA fume extraction on every job, this is fast, clean, documentable remediation for concrete, stone, brick, and metal substrates.

Applications

  • Concrete foundations, walls, and slabs
  • Stone and brick — interior and exterior
  • Metal HVAC ductwork and structural steel
  • Commercial building interiors — offices, retail, warehouses
  • Insurance restoration and water damage recovery
  • Schools and government buildings — chemical-free approach
  • Food processing and brewery facilities
  • Property management — fast unit turns with no chemical odor

Why Laser

Chemical biocides add a full day of drying time and leave residue on surfaces. Soda blasting creates extreme secondary dust requiring its own cleanup. Dry ice blasting has ongoing consumable costs and requires specialized cold storage. Laser remediation has zero consumables, zero drying time, zero chemical residue, and produces documented results for insurance adjusters and building inspectors. Best suited for hard surfaces — concrete, stone, brick, and metal.
